Tehran-born, Dubai-based, Mozhdeh Zandieh-Grayson is an interdisciplinary visual artist whose practice explores sensing and perception through material interventions, site-specific installations, and expanded sculptural forms. Working across installation, sculpture, mixed media, and photographic processes, she investigates how matter, overlooked details, and ephemeral moments invite different ways of sensing and experiencing the world.

Her work is grounded in material experimentation and often engages directly with public and non-institutional spaces, where context becomes part of the work itself. Through repeated explorations of thresholds—between presence and absence, permanence and disappearance, and the unfamiliar side of the familiar—her practice reflects on how meaning is formed through environment, attention, and time.

She studied art and architecture in high school, holds a BA in Graphic Design, and earned an MFA with Distinction from the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), UK.

Her work has been exhibited and featured in Dubai, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom through exhibitions, public installations, and publications. In 2019 and 2020, she presented large-scale digital installations from The Bridge and Fractures Series at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Art Nights. The works were subsequently presented at Gate Avenue, DIFC, as temporary public installations. Since 2023, she has also explored one-day public interventions in unexpected landscapes and urban sites, particularly through the ongoing HOPE series, as part of her broader investigation into immediacy, accessibility, and human presence within public space. 

Her current practice continues to explore salvaged materials in dialogue with her ongoing interest in unfamiliar moments within the familiar.
